We will arrive an hour before your event to set up and fire up our oven. Once it’s hot, it stays hot, and each pizza cooks in around 90 seconds. All of our pizza is made onsite, while your guests can watch as we create and cook their pizza. They won’t be able to ignore the aromas of the oven’s searing heat cooking fresh pizzas and producing a natural caramelization with loads of flavor. Our toppings vary from the traditional wood fired pie to the delicious and outrages limits of pizza exploration, but no matter what you like on your pizza, you can be sure that you’re eating only the best and the freshest.
