We started in the summer of ’99 in a small, no-frills space, on a tight budget and a head full of ideas about what pizza could be. From day one, the goal was simple: make great pizza with quality ingredients, while pulling from both local flavours and things people didn’t expect to see on a pie.
Tradition? We respect it.
We just don’t let it tell us what to do.
We’ve put things on pizza that some people thought were wrong.
Maybe they still do.
We’re good with that.

With our copper pizza oven, we are able to cook wood-fired pizzas almost anywhere.The best part is, you don't have to do a thing. We are fully self-contained and bring everything that's needed for a great wood fired pizza party. We promise you won't be disappointed!
