Ordering & Delivery
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery throughout much of Peterborough. You can order directly from Night Kitchen, or through Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, and DoorDash.
What's The Best Way To Order?
Ordering directly through our website is usually the best option. It helps support the restaurant, keeps more money in the local community, and often gives you access to special offers and promotions.
Why Should I Order Direct Instead Of Using Uber, Skip, or DoorDash?
Third-party delivery platforms charge significant commissions on every order. Ordering directly helps support the Night Kitchen team and allows us to invest more in great ingredients, great staff, and great pizza.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Most takeout and delivery orders are completed within 30–60 minutes, though wait times may be longer during busy periods. We'll always do our best to get your pizza to you as quickly as possible.
Can I Order Ahead Of Time?
Absolutely. We encourage advance orders, especially for large groups, special occasions, and busy weekends.
Do You Take Phone Orders?
Yes. Give us a call and we'll be happy to take your order over the phone.
Dietary Questions
Do You Have Gluten-Free Options?
Yes. Most pizzas can be made on our gluten-free crust. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we are a flour-based kitchen and cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
Do You Have Vegan Or Dairy-Free Options?
Absolutely. We offer vegan pizzas, vegan cheese, and a wide variety of vegetable toppings. Many menu items can be customized to suit dairy-free diets.
Can I Customize My Pizza?
Of course. Pizza is personal. Most pizzas can be modified, and we're always happy to help create something uniquely yours.
Are You Nut-Free?
Yes. The Night Kitchen is a nut-free kitchen.
Dining In
Do You Have Dine-In Seating?
Yes. We offer dine-in service in our dining room and patio seating when weather permits.
Do You Take Reservations?
Yes. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and for larger groups. You can reserve a table by phone, through our website, or directly through Google—whatever's easiest for you.
Do You Serve Beer, Wine, and Cider?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages chosen to pair beautifully with pizza.
What Makes Your Pizza Different?
Since 1999, we've been making handcrafted pizza with fresh ingredients, house-made dough, scratch-made sauces, and flavour combinations that range from classic to gloriously unconventional. We've never been very interested in playing it safe.
Catering
Do You Offer Catering?
Yes. We offer both restaurant catering and our mobile wood-fired pizza catering service for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties.
Do You Offer Vegan and Gluten-Free Catering Options?
Absolutely. We regularly accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests.

Gift Cards
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in person, by phone, or by email and can be used for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.

What Are Your Hours?
We're open Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
Why Does Night Kitchen Put Things Like Mangoes, Yams, and Artichokes On Pizza?
Because somebody has to. Long before it was fashionable, we were putting strange and delicious things on pizza. Some ideas worked immediately. Some took a little convincing. Either way, we've never been interested in playing it safe.
