We’ve been offering gluten-free options since long before it became trendy, and over the years we’ve worked hard to create a gluten-free pizza experience that feels like part of the Night Kitchen menu — not an afterthought.

Almost any pizza on our menu can be made on one of our gluten-free crusts. Whether you’re craving something classic, something vegan, or one of our more gloriously strange creations, chances are we can make it gluten-free for you.

We Take Gluten-Free Seriously

We take every precaution we can to keep gluten separated from the gluten-free pizzas we make. Our staff follow careful preparation procedures designed to minimize cross-contamination wherever possible.

That said, please note:

  • we are still a flour-based kitchen

  • airborne flour is present in the environment

  • we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment
