Night Kitchen is for taste makers, rule breakers, and earth shakers.
When the Night Kitchen first opened, the goal wasn't just to create a great neighborhood pizzeria with good food, good music, and a welcoming atmosphere. I also wanted to build the kind of workplace that I would want to work in myself.
The vision was simple: surround myself with passionate, like-minded people who care about what they do. People with interests and ambitions beyond the walls of the restaurant. If we share our passions, support one another, and work toward common goals, we can accomplish far more together than we ever could alone.
Over the years, I've learned that passion alone isn't enough to build a great restaurant. It also takes communication, open-mindedness, accountability, and a willingness to keep learning. Those qualities, combined with passion, have been the key ingredients to our success.

Positions
Pizza Cook (Piazzola)
Every day brings new challenges. We value people who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team.
Requirements
• Show up on time and work hard.
• Stay calm when all hell is breaking loose around you.
• Be willing to learn.
• Take pride in doing things right.
• Treat coworkers and customers with respect.
• Experience is an asset, but not required.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
Delivery Driver
You'll use your own vehicle to deliver pizza throughout Peterborough while representing the Night Kitchen to our customers. Drivers receive an hourly wage, delivery fees, and tips.
Requirements
• Own a reliable vehicle.
• Possess a valid driver's licence and insurance.
• Enjoy driving and interacting with customers.
• Treat coworkers and customers with respect.
• Experience is an asset, but not required.
• Must have Smart Serve certification.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
Server
Do you like pizza, people, and occasionally controlled chaos?
Good.
We're looking for friendly humans to serve food, pour drinks, answer questions, and help make sure our guests have a great time.
Experience is nice. Personality is better.
You should be:
Friendly
Reliable
Able to carry more than one plate at a time
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Not weirdly afraid of people
